The Royal Lahaina Resort & Bungalows will be undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation project on their Bungalows commencing June 22nd, 2023. Each of the 117 newly renovated bungalows will feature an island-inspired, retro chic furniture and décor, renovated showers and vanity areas, new lanai decks and patio furniture.
Work is scheduled to take place between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, at which time guests may experience intermittent noise disturbances.
This renovation project is estimated to be completed by end of November 27th, 2023.
Exterior Spalling Repair Project:
In addition to the bungalow renovations, the resort will also be starting an exterior spalling repair project to the tower building commencing June 12th, 2023, with a completion date of November 27th, 2023. To minimize the impact to resort guests, the hotel will block off all rooms around the spalling work area.
Work hours will be from 9:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday.
The spalling repair project is estimated completed by November 24th, 2023.
As the hotel continues to operate during the Bungalow Renovation and the Spalling Repair Project, all guests can continue to enjoy all the services and facilities available at the hotel during their stay.
